Yes. In Community, the forum is used for structured technical discussions, while a separate chat handles quick questions between service centers.

Can other service centers see our repairs?

No. Company operational data remains isolated. Other service centers can see only the materials published in the shared professional Community.

Can multiple employees work at the same time?
